Brooke was raised in New England, where she started backpacking around Vermont and New Hampshire after college. However, her love for adventure travel began when she moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two dogs. She started her platform to encourage others, especially women, to safely explore and travel. Growing up with severe anxiety that held her back from many opportunities, Brooke wanted to explore doing group trips to help people conquer their fears. Now with Wild Ecuador, a group trip has come to fruition.

The Ecuadorian biodiversity is one of the richest in the world, providing unparalleled opportunities for bird watching, marine life observation, and exploration of tropical rainforests, as well as sighting rare species. ANDES LOCATIONSThe Andes is the most visited region in Ecuador. It has cultural and natural diversity that makes it breathtaking. You can find paramos to beautiful volcanos and mountains such as Cotopaxi, Sincholagua, Antisana, Chimborazo, hot springs, deserts, and lagoons like San Pablo Cuicocha. In addition, plenty of places like old cities, indigenous markets, and cloud forests exist in small areas. We also can find multiple nationalities like Shuar, Huaorani o Waorani, Achuar, and many more. Therefore, our most important accomplishments are getting permission and being welcome to remote places.

GALAPAGOS LOCATIONSGalapagos, couldn't be better for diving. You shall expect visibility from 50 to 80 feet or 15 to 25 meters in most places. Reef fish, sea lions, sting rays, golden rays, eagle rays, invertebrates, morays, garden eels, turtles, marine iguanas, white tip reef sharks, hammerheads, whale sharks, whales, pelagic fish. In solid land, you can find 13 main islands. Marine iguanas, Galapagos giant tortoises, Darwin's finches, flightless cormorants, flamencos, waved Albatross, Galapagos Fur Sea, Penguin, Lava Herons, and many more popular animals. We can arrange the logistics, planes, transportation, permits from Galapagos National Park, and all needed for your production.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to Quito
Arrive in Quito, the capital city of Ecuador, and get settled in your accommodation. Take some time to acclimatize to
the altitude. You will walk around Quito Downtown, This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts well-preserved colonial-
era buildings, cobblestone streets, and stunning churches and plazas.

Day 2 - Cotopaxi Volcano Hike
You will head to Cotopaxi National Park, a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers, offering hiking, wildlife,
and breathtaking vistas. You will hike through amazing paramo landscapes, lakes, and forests. In the afternoon, we'll
stay at Cotopaxi Hacienda that offers a unique cultural and historical atmosphere.

Day 3 – Quilotoa Lake Hike
Your journey starts towards the highlight of the circuit around “The Quilotoa Crater Lake”, The trail offers some
challenging ascents and descents, but the reward is the spectacular view of the turquoise lake inside the volcanic
crater. In the afternoon, you will rest at an old hacienda of this region.

Day 4 – Chimborazo Volcano Hike
Chimborazo offers an exciting hiking experience at the highest point in Ecuador, the country`s highest volcano, and the
closest point to the sun in the world. Hikers have the opportunity to explore challenging trails that wind through the
slopes of this majestic volcano. During the ascent, you can enjoy spectacular views of glaciers and andean
landscapes.

Day 5 - Baños Hike
Baños is famous for its spectacular natural beauty, rejuvenating hot springs, and a wide variety of outdoor activities.
This town is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains and waterfalls, You will have an adventure with zipline and
via ferrata.
Activity: Zipline, Via Ferrata, Trekking Casa del Arbol and Pailón del diablo waterfall.

Day 6 – Canyoning in the Amazon
Travel to Tena, in the Amazon rainforest and the capital of canyoning, rafting and kayaking. You will enjoy a day of
canyoning on the crystal-clear waterfalls, known for its beautiful landscapes. In the afternoon, optional activities such
as visiting indigenous communities, canoe rides, or exploring local markets. At night you will stay in a lodge in the
middle of the jungle

Day 7 - Culture experience in the jungle
Your adventure begins with a traditional "Limpia" ceremony led by a local shaman. Limpia, a cleansing ritual, involves
the use of sacred plants and rituals to cleanse your body, mind, and spirit. It´s a spiritual experience that connects you
with the jungle's energy. After this, you will go to a rustic, open-air chocolate workshop. Here, you will learn the art of
making chocolate from cacao beans harvested from the jungle.

Day 8 - Quito / Middle of the World
Visiting the Middle of the World Monument is a unique and awe-inspiring experience. This iconic landmark marks the
exact spot where the equator passes through the country, providing an opportunity to stand with one foot in the
Northern Hemisphere and the other in the Southern Hemisphere. Farawell Dinner.

- Pay Minimun Due: $647,5
25% of the total amount is required on the day of booking, while the remaining 75% must be paid 90 days prior to the scheduled trip.
- The expedition is confirmed with 4 participans, if your trip is awaiting confirmation, you can receive a complete refund of the initial 25% deposit.
- After your trip is confirmed, the initial 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. Nevertheless, you do have the choice to transfer this deposit to any of our other trips within the coming year.
- The payments can be made in installments. Please contact us if you wish this option.
Arrival Transport & Departure Transport
Arrival: We provide transfers from Quito Airport to your hotel on the day before the tour begins and on the actual tour start date.
Departure: We offer transfers from the hotel to Quito Airport on the day the tour ends.
